In the spring of 1830 of Ampere-second. Pushkin has visited Arkhangelsk. On April, 23rd he has written the poem ' To the grandee ', published on May, 26th in ' to the Literary newspaper ' under the name ' the Message to To. N. JU ' (prince Nikolay Borisovichu Jusupovu).
